Description: The mission of the organization is to enhance the social development of teens  and  young adults through lifeskills training  and  education. The organization provides services to at-risked  and  adjudicated youth in Northern  and  Central Ohio. 
Services Provided: Teen Start provides life enriching programs  and  services to at-risk  and  adjudicated youth. We seek to enhance the lives of disadvantaged youth through providing Independent Living  and  Self-sufficiency training, Mentoring Life Coaching, Youth leadership and development, Life Skills Training  and  program development for other grassroot youth organizations. 
Audiences Served/Community Need: Teen Start seeks to reduce the gap in service to youth aging out of foster care, emancipated youth  and  those re-entering into the communities served. It is our mission to engage youth in becomes productive  and  responsible members of thier communities  and  we aim to do this by helping youth identify thier natural gifts  and  abilities. Improving youth social competencies will improve our neighborhoods, communities  and  enhance our society.
