ProBonoLink.org provides nonprofit organizations with expanded access to the services of marketing and communications professionals and students, and provides professionals and students with additional opportunities to serve the community. At this time, to qualify for site registration, interested nonprofits must: 1) be registered as a 501 c (3) organization, 2) be located in a Greater Columbus, Ohio zip code, and 3) have annual operating revenue up to $5,000,000.
Marketing and communications professionals and students are not screened, their credentials are not verified, and their performance is not guaranteed by ProBonoLink.org. Nonprofit organizations have discretion to select among professionals and students who respond to their postings; professionals and students who agree to receive postings by e-mail are under no obligation to provide services.
ProBonoLink.org is only involved in facilitating the match of nonprofits and volunteers and is not involved in any aspect of the provision of services. As a result, it has no control over the quality, appropriateness or timeliness of the services provided, the results to be obtained, the terms upon which the parties determine to work together, or whether a project will be completed.
Professionals and students who are donating their services are acting in their individual capacity. Their employers, their educational institutions, and ProBonoLink.org cannot be held liable for any services provided, results obtained, or costs incurred as a result of using this web site.
ProBonoLink.org respects the privacy rights of nonprofit organizations, professionals and students. Contact information of all groups will be kept confidential and not used for any purposes other than for the operation of the ProBonoLink.org web site and the provision of services facilitated by that site.
